This block controls the frequency sampling. Covariance matrices,
replicas and graphics will be produced for NFREQ frequencies
equidistantly sampled between FREQ1 and FREQ2 . COFF is the wavenumber integration offset in DB/
and only
has significance for option J. Option J and COFF = 0
will invoke the default integartion offset.
