Block III: Frequency Selection

This block controls the frequency sampling. Covariance matrices, and replicas read from external files must be consistent with the specified sampling. OASM is usually run for a single frequency. If multible frequencies are specified, the ambiguity functions will be geometrically averaged as described in Ref. [13]. COFF is the wavenumber integration offset in DB/ which is a dummy parameter for OASM.
