Input Files for RDOAST

The input files for RDOAST are very similar to those of OAST , with the main differences being the extra environmental blocks, and two receiver specifications, one for the marching source/receiver array and contour plots, and one for TL vs range etc. As for OAST, the input file is structured in 12 blocks, as outlined in Tables5 and 6.
