Research: Our work is in acoustics and sensing, the goal of which is to push
foward the boundaries of each. As humans, what tools we have in our
eyes and ears, the natural sensing equipment we carry with us, which
frame the perspective of most aspects of our lives. By pushing the
boundaries of sensing and our understanding of the natural phenomenon
that enable it, we not only augment with devices we create what can be
perceived in our environment, but we also gain appreciation for how
and why what we see and hear is the way it is to us.
